Glenernan Guest house
Glenernan is an elegant Victorian “Grand House” which has been tastefully converted into a spacious and homely Guest House. It offers a warm welcome and has retained many original features including decorative fireplaces in the large and comfortable period guest lounge and dining room.
Excellent en-suite accommodation is available to include less-abled facilities, power showers, colour TV and complimentary tea & coffee trays in each room. A hearty breakfast menu is provided with fine Scottish smoked salmon being a speciality.

Glenernan is located in the picturesque and historic village of Ballater on Royal Deeside with its many and varied Royal appointed shops and is only 8 miles from Balmoral. Situated in the Cairngorms National Park it is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists (drying room available) or anyone wanting a break from it all - no matter what the time of year. It is close to the Heritage and Whisky trails and is also in easy reach of many delightful Scottish Castles.
