Upon confirmation of your booking and your acceptance of our terms and condtions we require a deposit of £10 per person per night. Please note that losses arising from the cancellation of confirmed bookings will give rise to the following charges.

Between 56 and 28 days prior to arrival - 100% of deposit is forfeited.

Between 28 and 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of complete booking value.

Less than 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of complete booking value.

Any cancellations up to 56 days prior to arrival will incur an admin fee of £10

Changes to bookings which result in a reduction of guests per room or length of stay will also incur charges in accordance with the amount of notice given above.
