Glenernan Guest House has many wonderful golf courses within easy reach. Here are just two.

The Ballater golf club was founded in 1892 and is a medium length course situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Dee valley. Ballater's six opening holes are the toughest, including two tricky par three's. Ballater golf club offers many events throughout the year, with a golf week being held from the 12th- 18th May 2007. The Braemar golf club is the highest 18 hole course in the UK. Situated at the foot of Glenclunie the views are breathtaking. It is also one of the few courses not to use sand bunkers, but instead has banks which can be just as tricky. As a par 65 it is a wonderful challenge to the holiday golfer.
