In an effort to make booking as simple as possible with us and taking into consideration the current economic climate  we are offering a 10% discount on your entire stay if you book for 3 or more consecutive nights. This is not a complicated web offer and applies to all bookings made direct with us by either telephone or e-mail as we will automatically offer you the 10% discount on our standard tariff dependant on the time of year that you book with us. It is as simple as that!

Can we just stress that the booking has to made with us direct and if you book with any other third party including the Visit Scotland "Online Booking" facility that we offer on our website, and that your booking is for 3 nights or longer, the 10% discount will not apply and cannot be included later. This offer is not available on our self catering cottages. 

For those guests of age 60 or over we are offering a special early and late season deal - stay 4 nights or more in April or October for only £25 per person per night B&B when sharing a standard double/twin room or £40 for single occupancy.
